Short Description
Course Description
Mathematical Astrology is a systematic program that introduces learners to the mathematical and astronomical principles underlying traditional Vedic Astrology. It helps students understand how precise calculations are used to determine planetary positions, zodiac signs, houses, time and other important elements required for astrological analysis.
The course covers fundamental concepts such as planetary calculations, राशि, नक्षत्र, ग्रहों की गति, लग्न calculation, time calculation, Panchanga, Tithi, Vara, Nakshatra, Yoga and Karana. Students are also introduced to the mathematical methods used in preparing and understanding a Janma Kundali.
Special emphasis is given to calculation accuracy, traditional astronomical concepts, mathematical reasoning and practical application. Learners gradually develop the ability to perform essential astrological calculations and understand the relationship between astronomical observations and traditional Jyotisha.
The program is suitable for students of Jyotisha, Sanskrit learners, researchers, traditional scholars and anyone interested in learning the mathematical foundation of Vedic Astrology.
The objective of the program is to build a strong foundation in the computational aspects of Jyotisha and help learners approach astrological calculations in a systematic, logical and structured manner.
